Account & Personal Data Deletion Request

In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and Privacy Regulations, contractors and users of the Wastly Worker Marketplace may request the permanent deletion of their account and associated data.

Fastest option: if you have the Wastly Worker app installed, go to Profile → Delete Account — this deletes your account and personal data immediately, no waiting and no support request needed.

Don't have access to the app? Use the form below as a fallback — this path is manually processed by our support team, so it isn't instant the way the in-app option is.

Completed job transaction invoices, cleared payout histories, and tax statements are retained for up to 7 years solely to satisfy Canadian CRA tax compliance and legal record-keeping requirements.
