In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and Privacy Regulations, contractors and users of the Wastly Worker Marketplace may request the permanent deletion of their account and associated data.

- Geolocation Tracking Logs and Device Push Notification Tokens
- In-App Customer Communication Logs and Saved Preferences
ℹ Data Retained for Legal & Tax Compliance
Completed job transaction invoices, cleared payout histories, and tax statements are retained for up to 7 years solely to satisfy Canadian CRA tax compliance and legal record-keeping requirements.
